Asset Passport

A structured, standing profile of an internet asset covering category, thesis, search signals, monetization paths, and buyer fit, kept ready for evaluation at any time.

An Asset Passport is the internet-asset equivalent of a due diligence packet: a single document that answers the first questions any buyer, partner, or sponsor would ask about a digital property, without requiring a custom pitch each time.

Maintaining a passport as a living document (rather than assembling one only when a sale is imminent) keeps a property in a constant state of being acquisition-ready.

Example

SmartInternetInvesting.com publishes its own Asset Passport at /asset-passport/, covering its category, core thesis, search signals, monetization paths, buyer types, and development stage.
