Acquisition-Ready

A state where an internet asset has the documentation, proof, and structure needed to be evaluated and transacted on short notice.

An asset is acquisition-ready when it can produce, on demand, the proof a buyer or partner needs: traffic and search data, a clear description of the property, monetization history, and a standing Asset Passport. This does not require actively seeking a sale ... it means the property could transact quickly if the right offer appeared.

Properties that maintain this state consistently command better terms than ones that scramble to assemble documentation only once a buyer shows interest.

Example

A site with an up-to-date Asset Passport, clean analytics history, and documented monetization is acquisition-ready, even if its owner has no immediate plan to sell.
